Aneeta Seshan’s works have been developed from the representation of familiar, carefully selected images and tales, individually produced by free-hand stitching.
The colours, textures, shapes and motifs are lovingly crafted to produce uniquely finished artworks.
Originally trained at, the Scottish College of textiles in Galashiels, then graduated from Glasgow School of Art with a BA (HONS) Industrial Design (Textiles). She now lives in Burley in Wharfedale, West Yorkshire.
I am selling a range of stitchings that are original and all made freehand individually.
I have sold out the first 2 editions of the
Burley in Wharfedale tea towel- based on my stitching- although I am taking orders for a new batch.
My designs also translate into poster prints which are A2 in size – these are for sale @ £65 framed.
Commissions for original stitchings range in different sizes and prices and can be personalised with your choice of names.
